Also, please put up a warning for your readers about sleeping pills. First, it was TylenolPM, and this time the potent Walmart sleep aid. These pills are extremely dangerous.

I am sorry to hear you are having a problem. I did work on this and hope you can now buy the book with Paypal or any debit or credit card. This is late, but I am posting this because I want others to see your warning.
Be careful about sleeping pills. I had a terrible experience with them and think they can be dangerous with liver disease patients. Frederique also had this same problem.
